This sweet girl had fallen in to a deep hole in the Colombo port and is not able to walk. The good news is the doctors think she will walk again soon with treatment and physiotherapy. She will be with us for a few weeks at the hospital.

Fiona was one of our rescues yesterday. She was found on the street in Wattala, run over by a container and unable to move. Most likely dumped by her owner or a breeder as that is an area with many puppy mills. A kind lady rescued her and tried to treat her but was not able to

Winona was one of our rescues yesterday. She is very old and she was hit by a vehicle a few days ago. She has been lying on the street crying for help and we had three separate requests asking for help for her. She is now at the hospital under our care.

Kolla was paralysed for weeks when she was brought to us. The people who take care of him had tried everything but nothing worked. Embark brought him in and kolla was with us for over two months. He went back home yesterday on all four paws again ❤️😊

Blacky was rescued covered in maggots, dehydrated and on the verge of passing away. When I visited her in hospital she was doing a lot better. Still can’t get up but the doctors are hopeful that she will walk again.
