Agree. A missed opportunity for sure as mixed results from scattered case series have caused the demise of BCG/IFN. We have many grateful patients who still have their bladder many years later who can thank this drug combo. Onward and hopefully upward with IO and viral trials.

We have been swabbing all patients before surgery at UHN/Sinai/WCH. Three positives so far, surgery cancelled. Swabbing protects patients, healthcare workers, and PPE supplies. While not full proof, surgical patients would be a good group for widespread swabbing. Doug Ford
