When Wendy Prigge Rauwerdink was diagnosed with ALS, her friends from Sheboygan North High' Class of '72 posed au naturel for a 2017 ALS awareness calendar. Steve McMichael was diagnosed with ALS in 2021. This past weekend he was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame surrounded by his former Chicago Bears teammates. Included in the group was fellow HOF member & Packard Center board member Jim Covert. tinyurl.com/5pdcr2h4

Dr. Jeff Rothstein announced the new Longitude Prize on ALS today at the Annual Int'l Symposium on ALS/MND. The Prize is a global initiative to incentivise the use of AI to transform drug discovery for the treatment of ALS. Packard is a proud to be a supporter of this project.

Thank you to the ALS/MND Alliance, ALS Canada, and MND Association for a great week of science, collaboration and informative and thought-provoking conversations. We greatly appreciated the Canadian hospitality during our stay in beautiful Montreal! 🇨🇦
