Catching up with results; WFL wrestling, Pal-Mac Athletics had 3 champions; Rooks, Murray and VanGorden. Atkinson and Pentycofe took 2nd. Wrestlers took 2nd overall with several other place finishers. VanGordon also named MOW of Upper Weights! Congrats!

Wrapping up winter season with big shout outs… Sr. Wrestler Luke VanGorden finished 4th at the State tournament! Jr. Swimmer George Newsome finished 11th in the 500 at the state meet, setting a new school and FL league record. Congrats to both athletes!!!

Congratulations to Pal-Mac Athletics jr. Ryan Allen on being named to the Section V Independent League Hockey 1st team All-Star. He and his brother Sean are Pal-Mac's only 2 players on the WFL team. Way to go Ryan!
