Imagine a drug that prevents a dz that takes 10-15 yrs to develop. A study finds only 42% of participants took the drug, many for <10 yrs & 1/3rd of the tablets were of less quality. How can we conclude anything about this drug? #ColonoscopySavesLives CNN & NEJM can do better
