Induction of the incoming Audit Committee members, facilitated by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Uganda, took place today at the Emin Pasha Hotel, Kampala on 14th July 2025. It was attended by both incoming and outgoing committee members and Busitema University Uni management.

The session featured insights from distinguished facilitators: Mr. Gervase Ndyanabo, Past President and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of IIA Uganda, and Mr. Parity Twinomujuni, Past President and current Member of the Board of Trustees of IIA Uganda.

The event was presided over by the Chairperson of Busitema University Council, Professor William Bazeyo, who commended the outgoing leadership for their dedicated service and reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance.
