So terribly sad to hear of Prof. Joan Shaughnessy's passing. She was legendary at W&L Law School and influenced my decision to become a law professor. I always fondly remember her hooding me at commencement. I was always happy to see her when I visited Lex-- and she kept tabs on me. 🖤
