Day 35/100 Super chilled day by the pool. Upper body workout. Booked into a swimming camp next weekend… Lagging on the swimming training for Necker….5 KM is no Joke for someone who doesn’t enjoy it. Feeling grateful 🇵🇹🌞 #10xtoNecker #entrepreneur

Day 36/100 Best day of the 100 Day challenge…. Date with the missus at one of Lisbons new longevity clubs - Healthy Horizon. Was a top experience - Floating relaxation pod, Oxygen chamber, Red light therapy, sauna & plunge pool amongst some other esoteric options. Brilliant

Day 37/100 Bit behind on logging this challenge as had a great impromotu fishing trip which was sensational. Monday was a good day of discipline. Padel & Strength training. What I’ve noticed is that post 25 days of being disciplined it becomes easier. 3 KGs down #10xToNecker

Day 38/100 Red eye into London and picked up for new business partner and Director of production for Reel Lucky Sports Fishing… Falmouth Bound for the Giant bluefin Tuna and shooting an episode for the impending Launch of Reel Lucky. This time fishing with Lures for Giants

Day 40/100 Wow wow…. Today was blue planet vibes lure fishing for Tuna…. One of the most exciting days on the water I’ve ever had…. Fishing for these giants on stand up gear is some workout.… Another memory that will live long. Can you fish on #NeckerIsland
