In the ESC's 2025 consensus statement on conduction system pacing, presented at #EHRA2025, UHF-ECG validates the efficacy of CSP techniques. Notably, among referenced imaging benchmarking tools, UHF-ECG is the only one practical and easy to implement in regular clinical practice.

At #EHRA2025, I really appreciated how curilakarol approached baseline phenotyping of CRT candidates using #UHF-ECG. Sometimes, even with a large QRSd, there is nothing to resynchronize.

78 y.o. female NIDCM, LVEF 28%, severe mitral regurgitation, LBBB. His-bundle resynchronization. Hisian threshold with correction of LBBB-> [email protected] ms (48 hour later). Improvement in interventricular synchrony demonstrated on UHF-ECG. Baseline and post-CRT recordings are shown

84 y.o male, complete AV block after TAVR. Permanent non selective His-bundle pacing implanted using pacemapping (His signal not visible most likely due to mechanical damage to the conduction system caused by the TAVR). Perfect synchrony on UHF-ECG. Acute threshold 0.5V @ 0.4 ms.

VDI UHF-ECG CE MD installation today at Meilahti Hospital Helsinki. Successful cases, treating both bradycardia patients and patients with heart failure + LBBB by Jarkko Karvonen and colleagues. From the UHF map, you can clearly understand which CRT technique was used 🙂
