Getting ready for day 2 of Wonkhe's Festival of HE and reflecting on yesterday's learning covering TEF, GenAI, Leading Change, and perhaps most powerfully the impact of the COL crisis and its impact on students. Impressive speakers, quality debate and great conversations

Too busy listening to tweet yesterday, looking back 3 things stand out: 1. a real concern about confidence and capability in soft/people skills 2. the tension between scrutiny, integrity and reputation 3. lead by 'walking alongside' Fuller notes available to friends & family 😀
