Congratulations to Tricia Chinnery and Jaryd Christie (w/ Lauren Zelko) for having their review articles on AI applications for head and neck and lung cancer, respectively, accepted for publication in the @CARadiologists Journal (CARJ)! Stay tuned for the full articles!

In 2019, #nicholslab and David Palma, MD, PhD reported findings in The Lancet Oncology from the world’s first clinical trial comparing robotic surgery to radiation therapy for oropharyngeal cancer. They are now working on a second clinical trial testing two ways of de-escalating treatment.

Starting a new job today London Health Sciences Centre. So thankful to have the opportunity to serve the community I grew up in, and grateful for awesome colleagues, mentors and students. I couldn't have asked for a better place to work. Schulich WesternU #radonc

Looking forward to working with Matthew Cecchini MD PhD FRCPC again! #meds2014 #timeflies

Fun throwback to Toronto this morning Radiation Oncology talking about applying to fellowships and jobs :) So nice to see everyone again!

There are so many potential applications of #MachineLearning and #Radiomics in #HeadAndNeckCancer. Tricia Chinnery does a great job of discussing where things are headed here! David Palma, MD, PhD Baines Imaging Research Laboratories Sarah Mattonen, PhD

Is it benign or malignant? Is it recurrence or post-treatment change? Will it respond well to immunotherapy? See how #MachineLearning is being applied to answer these questions in this great summary by Jaryd Christie Sarah Mattonen, PhD Baines Imaging Research Laboratories

My first weekend call ever got off to an eventful start - treating an intubated patient. Remembered this great study by Alex Louie MD, PhD et al and felt thankful to have data for guidance! Also thankful to have great residents and therapists to give me great advice. Rohann Correa
