Wow๐ฎthis is a first... 12 weeks of Basic military training diet reduced the #O3I in 100% of Aus Army recruits. Luckily, we know how to fix this! Great work Gregory Peoples & Centre for Medical and Exercise Physiology, UOW dx.doi.org/10.1139/apnm-2โฆ

New by Matthew Brook & Centre Of Metabolism, Ageing & Physiology (COMAP). #n3 in older females produced hypertrophy in type II muscle fibres (which have previously been shown to preferentially incorporate DHA; Fig below doi.org/10.1016/j.plefโฆ). Markers of n3 membrane composition are crucial in future studies.
