Shanghai to Nanjing train covers a similar distance as San Diego to Vegas, but in only 1hr40. I did Business Class at $60 ($12 regular). I’ve ridden Korea and Japan bullet trains too but China’s doing it over wayy longer distances. Infrastructure-wise the US is DECADES behind.

I didn't hear of this show before now but what a great masterclass in animating and storytelling! Great dynamic poses, body-language and timing. Catches your interest, draws you in, gets you emotionally hooked and tells a resonant story in a minute with the bare minimum.

So, the em dash. Apparently AI Bros think this is a sign of AI content — and that it’s ‘m dash’. I think their brains have now rotted to the point that they imagine any vaguely coherent english could only have come from an AI.
