I was sent to the Tower yesterday, luckily just a talk about our B.E.E - southeast London project. A great talk by Prof Baldock started the evening setting the scene about insect pollinators. Increasing hive numbers in London, decreasing honey yields, increased instances of EFB, starvation, some beekeepers reducing colony numbers but instantly undone by new boys on the block muscling in from Canada.
