the year is 20XX. med schools have run out of descriptive adjective euphemisms for their students. "Outstanding" is supplanted by "godlike" and "legendary." 15% of the graduating class is "the physician who was promised." 40% are "still awesome."

We at Modern Medical School we do not rank our students but instead assign them discreet coded adjectives for low effort holistic review pandering and to occasionally pull a fast one on sleepy application reviewers

once did an LP to justify ivig for cidp. CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield said i couldn’t prove it wasn’t DM PN without it. had NCS with multiple segmental CV in the 20s m/s, temporal dispersion, and block. im sure the p2p reviewer understood those words. circle all things wrong with this picture 🫠

peroneal neuropathy or fibular neuropathy? fibular neuropathy at the fibular head? superficial peroneal nerve innervates the fibularis longus? i would say IFKYK … but i don’t 🤷🏻‍♂️
