It's crazy to me how many high school hitters aren't ready to hit a fastball...especially a low velocity fast ball (under 88mph). Baseball is too difficult to have any approach other than hunting fastballs, being ready to hit a fastball, and being on time to a fastball.

Had a great last weekend In Milwaukee with MacStrength. We went 3-2 but we won our pool. This weekend we will be In Marion iowa. First game I went 1-3 Second game I went 1-4 Third I went 3-4 Fourth game I went 0-3, 8Ks on the mound. Here are some highlights from last weekend.
