I was honoured to speak at the #UNGA on 10 years of the Nelson Mandela Rules on prison management. The Rules remind us that even behind bars, hope must not be caged & dignity must not be denied. Let’s carry forward Mandela’s legacy by turning second chances into new beginnings.
