This morning saw 95 amazing finishers, 24 brilliant volunteers, 6 fantastic first timers and 22 PBs. We also celebrated Bronwen’s 50th volunteering stint and Adam’s birthday (thanks for the sweeties 😋). See you next week!

A mild December day saw 49 finishers, overseen by 27 helpful volunteers. First finisher Sophia may well have a record Pjp Age Grade of 85.6%, but, in any case, she was very speedy! Well done to her and the 5 others who ran a PB today. See you next week for event #449!

What an excellent way to round off 2024. We had 43 finishers including first timers Rudhra, Aarya, & Harry (visiting from Preston). 4 achieved their best times ever (Joseph, Robyn, Kit and Leo) and a benevolent, but shy, volunteer completed their 200th volunteer session. 👍

What a Soggy New Year! Fairly grim conditions today with some slush as well as puddles on the course. Luckily the persistent rain kept the ice away! Bravo to Alex on his 50th run and thanks to the very damp volunteers. See you next week!

It was another fine morning in Pitshanger. On our 455th event we had our highest ever number of volunteers, with a splendid 35. 🥳 We also had 67 fabulous runners and walkers, of whom 3 were brand new to the junior parkrun experience. See you next week!

Before the rain came, a cool morning saw 60 juniors tear up the Pjp course, helped by 29 volunteers. Event Director Karen (seen below in sunnier times) celebrated her 250th volunteer session, but was so excited she took no photographic evidence. Well done Karen and thank you! 👍

On a bright sunny Mother’s Day morning we saw 62 little people making their way round Pitshanger Park. Well done to Daniyal for picking up his 50 wristband and then running a phenomenal (sub 7 minute!) PB. See you next week!
