Hi, I'm Rachel Westbourne (Rachel Westbourne (Crossley) (she / her)), and I'll be taking over the Public Health Up North account for the next few months. I'm a public health registrar currently based with the Yorkshire and Humber Office of Health Improvement and Disparities team.

The start of the new year is often a time to make positive changes to promote our health. #DryJanuary is a campaign from Alcohol Change UK to encourage people to have an alcohol-free January. The Try Dry app is a free resource to support people to reduce their alcohol intake

You can support health and wellbeing by promoting the #DryJanuary campaign in your workplace. There are free resources available from Alcohol Change UK to support you to do this: alcoholchange.org.uk/get-involved/c…
