Really positive to hear @Matthew_Wright discussing stillbirth today on @lbc, although very disappointing to hear this current caller taking the conversation away to her sister (and son) who survived, and laughing about how “she only got christened, she didn’t die”.

I’m delighted to be recruiting a new Deputy Chief Midwifery Officer NHS England. An exciting role within my team working with maternity and neonatal colleagues to provide strategic leadership and professional guidance across maternity care and policy. bit.ly/40FRVVN

If you're undecided on your next career steps, you can still apply to study midwifery at a range of universities across the country. Find out more about being a midwife — search ‘NHS midwifery careers’. The deadline for applications is tomorrow. healthcareers.nhs.uk/explore-roles/…
