Why didnt they put in a caveat that the org was responsible 4 funding drainage costs as per Peckham Rye Park concerns 3yrs ago? This is outrageous as taking over common area

RyeHillTRA thoughts on the plans by Southwark Council to allow GALA to move location onto the main part of Peckham Rye Park ovr the Jubilee Bank Holiday w/out properly consulting residents despite the obvious noise disruption & lack of access to our public park it will cause. 🧵
