A lot of players lift, train, shoot, condition & prepare. It’s not just that you do those things, it’s at what standard & how consistently you do those things. You have to keep raising your standard & meet it to continually make progress. Work hard. Work smart. Work consistently!

Champions don’t negotiate with their standard. They don’t lower the bar just because it’s hard, or they’re tired, or they don’t feel like it. Because your feelings? They don't win titles. Your standard does. Being elite isn’t about convenience. It’s about consistency.

Big thanks to my colleagues, the student-athletes, and my incredible assistant coaches for making the last 3 years unforgettable. It’s been a journey of growth, teamwork, and memories I’ll always cherish. Now, it’s time to turn the page and begin a new chapter.
