The older you get, the more you realize it's not about who knows you the longest, it's about who sees you, hears you, understands you, supports you, reassures you when you overthink, makes you feel safe when you feel insecure, and loves you on the days you don't feel loveable.

Netflix has released Nimona for free onto YouTube for anyone that wants to see it. If you don't have a Netflix account and you haven't seen the film, now's your chance and I highly recommend it. It's one of the best animated films of 2023. I hope we eventually get a Blu-Ray soon.

Today my non-profit is bringing two Black women that are beverage chemists to middle schoolers to conduct a “make a beverage” & flavor profile testing (soda). The aim is to expose the children to their career! The best way end BHM & start Women’s History month.
