We are so excited to have the 204 Staff Band kicking off our Opening Day celebration!

It was so fun to pull out tons of instruments to review some rhythms during the first 5 day week of the year for Indian Prairie 204! Both the Graham Elementary School and Kendall Elementary students did such a great job reviewing music room expectations while playing music together. 🎶

The month of September was all about making music TOGETHER in the music room. These Graham Elementary School Falcons did amazing work this past month- can’t wait to see what they do next!

This week we welcomed over 170 singers to the Graham Elementary School and Kendall Elementary choirs! Looking forward to a great year of music making 🎶

The joy was evident when we took our scarves in Kendall Elementary kindergarten music and pretended they were leaves that we got to toss in the air. Today was a great wrap up of studying steady beat versus no beat.

As we are named after a veteran, Oliver Julian Kendall, it is such a privilege to honor our veterans today. Thank you to our wonderful Kendall Elementary Chorus and our honored guests at today's Veteran's Day Assembly. Thank you to all veterans for your service!

It was so fun letting Anna share some of her talents with Graham Elementary School students! Thanks to 204 Grow Your Own Teachers she got to see what the day of an elementary music teacher is like.

It was so fun hosting Anna from Neuqua Valley High School as part of the Indian Prairie 204 “Grow Your Own Teacher” program this year. For our final day together we treated the Kendall Elementary music classes to some oboe duets 🎶. Always fun to show how we can be lifelong musicians.
