We live on a much loved acre of rewilded land in the west of Ireland. Intense dislike of strimmers, chainsaws, spraying, new roads and cruelty to animals.

Truly horrendous scene on the A14 near the Brampton hut.I estimate there are around 8,000 saplings here ,all of which died A graveyard of plastic is all that's left.Surely it would have been better to have let nature take it's course than this atrocity!

Before they were ordained as weeds somewhere in recent history Dandelions were very much appreciated ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ’› When a child goes out to collect Dandelions during the first blooms of Spring, the tallest Dandelion that they find will indicate how much taller that the child will grow

How beautiful the water meadows were that long-ago June morning in Old Fox's village! The mists rising from the river, the almond scent of the meadowsweet, the high, damp grasses and the dragonflies, like bright enamel automatons darting between path and thicket and pool. Hare

Wolf was lying on the stone floor in the kitchen. It's too hot & I'm not moving, don't care, not going to bed, staying here. Old Fox found him a soft pink Witney blanket to lie on & gave him an extremely cold glass of milk & some apple cake. I think you're being very sensible,

From the parched shores of Lake Jipe to joyful puddle play in Voi, Juniโ€™s journey is a story of survival and second chances. Rescued in May 2022, during the height of a drought, she was the very first of our โ€˜Voi Kidsโ€™ โ€” a class of older orphans brought directly to our Voi

In the magical Irish land of Tรญr na nร“g the rivers run yellow with honey and mead and the bees that make these commodities possible were considered sacred, magical creatures ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿบ Under the Bechbretha (The Bee Judgements) bees were treated just like any herd of grazing animals

We're often asked how orphaned black rhino Raha spends her days, so we decided to create this special video charting her adventures! ๐Ÿฆ We hope you enjoy it, in the knowledge that it is only with donor support that we can provide the unique care this special little rhino needs.

Beautiful footage from beneath the waves in the crystal clear water off Oahu, Hawaii, providing a stunning example of patterns of light known as caustics, occurring when light is refracted and reflected from a surface. ๐Ÿ“ฝ: Nolan Omura
