After the vote of a few large pool groups (1PCT, WAV/SKY, NUFI, NORTH, KTN), the Plomin Hard Fork proposal has exceeded 30% YES. Binance, Coinbase & eToro have still not voted. 51% is needed, deadline is in 2 weeks (January 24th).

Only 3 stake pools are Mithril signers on all Cardano networks: mainnet, preprod, preview & sanchonet. ▪️APEX ▪️KIWI ▪️SMAUG🐲 IO & CF also have signers on those, Emurgo nowhere to be seen.

What is the probability that all these pools always rotate their KES keys at the same time? If grouped, the total stake of those Japanese pools is 603 M₳, just after Binance. ZZZ operator Yuta, supporter of KTN/POP/JAPAN is the most powerful DRep with 380 M₳ voting power. 🧵
