I still can't believe I got to run with my sporting hero Sonia O'Sullivan at Poolbeg parkrun this morning. She inspired both my son and I to achieve personal bests for a 5k. Such a legend. Proud to have done it as part of Sanctuary Runners Ireland. An amazing movement of great people

No Poolbeg parkrun tomorrow-the parks paths are covered in snow and ice so we have to cancel the event for safety reasons. Hopefully see you next week!
