Pleased to have moderated the panel session at last week's McGill Journal of Global Health launch event, building on the inspiring keynote by @paimadhu. Appreciated the sincerity and depth of the conversation! Amid geopolitical uncertainty & shifting priorities, these discussions remain pertinent.

After applying to 9 PhD programs, I was disappointed to only get into 1. My mom told me, “Bloom where you’re planted.” 6 years later — I received multiple invitations to give talks, won several awards, was named a rising star, got my paper accepted in Nature. I guess I bloomed.
