Came across this biographical excerpt about the first theoretical chemist in USSR, Ohaness Davtayn whos crime was wanting to teach the new "Quantum Chemistry". A subject which was deemed as pseudoscience and banned. Let's be grateful for not living in dark ages anymore :)
