🌱 Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0 🌱 PPCB Batala planted 350 saplings in a 2-day drive (17–18 July) across 6 locations including schools & villages. Grateful to all volunteers, students & eco-clubs.

On 28.07.2025, PPCB Chairperson Reena Gupta & MS Dr. Lavneet Dubey visited Ludhiana. Reviewed CETPs, STPs, Haibowal ETP/CBG plant, & met Sant Seechewal Ji on Budha Nallah. Emphasized scientific sludge mgmt & urged officers to work with integrity for a pollution-free Ludhiana.

Acting on the directions of Chairperson Punjab Pollution Control Board - PPCB plant was visited by officers and immediately shut down. Further, orders for sealing of the plant have been passed. PPCB will ensure that any such polluting plant won't be allowed to operate in Punjab

🇮🇳 PPCB celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day with a pledge to protect the environment. Flag hoisting, inspiring speeches, cultural performances & a strong message on sustainability marked the day. A stall on alternatives to single-use plastic was also set up.
