Or if they did, did they just hope our community wouldn’t catch it? The needs for disability lens analysis across govt has never been more clear.

I see many applauding the meeting of 2% NATO target. But the easiest announcement is one where expenditures are to be increased. We know Carney is unlikely to blow a giant deficit into his fiscal mix, so the question should be, what expenditures are to be cut?

These commitments will likely squeeze out many opportunities and responsibilities for the federal government in addressing pressing and dire needs for Canadians in abject poverty
