Last official day of Staff Antibody Testing, excluding locums and BCC staff. Nearly 4,200 tests completed for BCHC staff. Well done to my phlebotomists and admin staff for their hard work. Mopping up clinic for retests 3rd August.

Terminology and language is so important in medicine. I get so cross when practitioners including OTs, speak about 'the amputee in bed 4', or 'the difficult patient in bed 6'. Don't define people by their illness, and patients are not difficult, they are anxious, distressed. 💚
