1/2 CREST is a +ve R3 for EFS (HR=0.68) in BCG naïve high risk NMIBC. #ASCO25 we explore the CIS (HR=0.53) and T1 (HR=0.63) subgroups. While some enrichment occurred it was incomplete & while CIS pts had ⬇️ PD-L1 levels this was not linked to better outcomes in any subgroups.
