The government is wrong on this one. The hospitality industry is largely independent, therefore any relaxation in taxation directly puts money "back into people's pockets" you know? & allows us to employ more people, which; here's the nub; puts more money in people's pockets.

Because I’m actually a nice person, I don’t like to see anyone crying or upset, is it because she’s about to lose her job? Because we know lot of people worrying about losing their jobs and their businesses on the back of decisions she has made. Maybe now she can empathise.

I’m heartbroken for Jotas wife and children, but what is playing on my mind the most is their Mum. As a Mum, I just can’t comprehend the pain of losing 2 children in such a tragic way. Adult children are always still your babies, it would rip the heart out of you. 💔

Kate Nicholls OBE There is no reason VAT cannot be charged at different rates for different things. So a lower rate of VAT on food and drink served in pubs and restaurants is entirely possible. More trade will offset any loss of revenue.

My Mum & Step Dad recently lost their dog of 15 years, upset, they decided to book a mini break and this was their room booked through Booking.com 🤢 Vile! They should be refunded so that they can put the ££ towards another break. These aren’t even the worst pics of the room!
