Matt Richards is looking forward to competing at the World Championships with wife Emily, making them what is widely believed to be the first married couple to represent Great Britain at swimming at the same time, at the same meet.

Heats from Singapore are at 3am and finals at midday UK time. If you’re in the #2AMSwimCrew for heats good luck to you - I will be giving it a miss!
