Tim put this together from our Brompton/London PH cohort 😊.. over 120 patients with right heart cath-confirmed severe PH-ILD (PVR>5 WU). Benefit in all PH ILD subgroups. Until we have a prospective RCT, this data suggests sildenafil is safe and improves survival.
