We love that we can now say 'to take out OR DRINK IN'. Our Drinking Chocolate available @nueground in both their Clapham and Elephant & Castle locations. 📷 Devina Shah

A new Truffle Collection was added to my products today. I’ve kept quiet about them as they debuted on Sunday Brunch today and thought anything can happen up until the day! A big thanks to everyone that has helped me get them ready and huge thanks to Spencer Cocoa Runners

Tiramisu parfait. Murano Restaurant's take on a traditional Italian dessert and we love it. Rich, decadent and made with our Grenada 70% chocolate, we hear it’s best enjoyed at the weekend with an espresso martini. Photo: john carey

Home baking at its finest. Olive oil, cardamom and Pump Street Ecuador 85% Chocolate biscuits made by @felicityspector. Recipe by Jake Cohen and available in his new book 'Jew-ish'!

It's all in the details. On each of our bars we detail not just the country of origin but also the farm and the crop year the beans were harvested in. We also stick one of these tabs on the top of each bar which denote a fully traceable batch number. Photo: Tony Pick Photo

The subtle yet magical union of Chocolate mousse using our Madagascan 72%, capezzana olive oil and salt. You never seize to amaze us Quality Chop House.

This is our Salted Caramel Pump Street Chocolate mousse with mushroom caramel, candied walnuts, mushroom puffed rice, fresh enoki mushrooms, truffle, and white chocolate ice cream. We grow lion's mane and shiitake in-house to make the caramel, as well as enoki to finish!
