Cheers, Tim! A marvellous man - a marvellous actor, husband, father, friend. On stage, on screen, on a canal boat, on the end of a pier (he loved a seaside pier!), in the garden with a glass of wine, he was just the best. He has died at 90: what a worthwhile, well-filled life.

So very sad to hear that Tim West has died, aged 90. He was a wonderful man, and when I lived in London many years ago, my wife and I were very friendly with Tim and Pru. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Valiant by Fantom Films in Sheffield was a superb event today. My thanks to three Pauls, Dexter, Jason, Derek, John, Cath, Helen and the entire team for their help friendship. It is always a pleasure to attend. And the guests were pretty good too!!!

So sorry to hear of the passing of a good friend and colleague, Simon Fisher-Becker. He was a charming and kind man, and played Jasper Henry, my elder brother in "Henry House" recently. He will be much missed. My condolences to his husband, Tony, and all his friends and Family.

So very sad to hear this morning’s news that the lovely Jean Marsh had died. We had a great time working together on The Dalek Masterplan in 1965/6. We performed several great Big Finish dramas too. Witty, wicked and wonderful. RIP fabulous lady. Xxx

I am looking forward to next Saturday. I shall be opening a Dr Who exhibition at Peterborough Museum and Art Gallery at Noon, and hope to see as many "Who"fans as possible there. The venue is under threat of closure and needs all the support it can get. Please come if you can.
