Smeargle is currently not selectable for Little Holiday Cup. It's unknown if this is intended or (more likely) the blog is inaccurate. We'll see if either gets updated.

Check out BattleFlow for app based PvP rankings and sims! They've been working hard on this for the past few years and just released a new version. Give it a look!
