Players: How do you talk to yourself when you make mistakes? Your self-talk should always be positive/encouraging. Think about this: Would someone be your friend if you talked to them the way you talk to yourself? Give yourself the same consideration. It makes a huge difference!

Teamwork, chemistry, togetherness, and mental toughness are what separate great teams from everyone else.
