I know it’s Christmas when my boys (now teens) want Kate Rusby’s The Ivy and the Holly on repeat in the car. Feel I’ve raised them proper.

This year I will be learning cheesemaking 🧀, thanks to a gift from my brother & SIL. First cheese made today = mozzarella. I’ve not tasted it yet... hoping it’s ok as @giles_morrison has plans to use it in tonight’s dinner 🍽.
