Amazing! So grateful to be part of the team that delivers such high quality resp care for patients at the JR. After such a tough 18 months, this recognition means so much to each and every one of our Osler team. The best bunch of MDT colleagues anyone could wish for!

End of one era, start of the next. OUH Therapies thanks for 17 incredible years- so many happy memories that I treasure. @OxfordHealthAHPs looking forward to getting to know you better.

Loved my active commute this morning. My new role will see me getting out on the ground supporting AHPs in community teams. Today I was appreciating spring en route. Tomorrow will be about resting!

Often, we frame our change activities in a challenging way: "break the rules", "confront the status quo", "daring to fail & learn" etc. Why don't we flip this & just give ourselves permission to do things? I'm inspired by these "permission slips" from Kyle Wiens. What do you give

Busy couple of weeks engaging teams around patient flow and discharge practices. Looking back and reflecting on word choices. So much curiosity and proactivity to harness and grow. #alwaysimproving #patientfirst #righttorehab #winterready #proud @OxfordHealthAHPs Oxford Health NHS FT
