I can never remember if its "saddle nose" or "sad lil nose". It carries its own radiologic differential and includes traumatic causes, syphilis, GPA, and cocaine abuse. In this case, trauma to the (tip of) nose was just tip of the iceberg.

T2-T1 mismatch sinus contents. Loss of T2 signal inside the paranasal sinus with High T1 signal- Inspissated secretions versus fungal colonization. Tip: paranasal sinuses should always be seen on both T1 and T2.
