#UHC requires strong #PHC, because it is the first point of contact a person encounters within the health system & provides up to 80% of Popn health needs. That is tinea versicolor, a fungal skin infection. Treatment is antifungal creams, lotions, and shampoos (consult yor GP or Chemist). The discolouration will persist for several months.
