2/ ❤️ Tx for HCM + HFrEF is rooted in expert opinion, in contrast to HFrEF due to lack of robust data 🔑 GDMT in HFrEF + HCM, no reason to disqualify pts w/ HCM but may poorly tolerated 🔑 ICD associated w/ better survival 🔑 CRT may help w/ 📊 40% ⬆️ NYHA class
