My journey with IRL collecting finally ended in 2024 after I bought a $5000 artwork and had to pay around $450 in import taxes and logistics. If you're complaining about a $1 or $10 blockchain tx cost - try collecting IRL outside your country... Not to mention the 2-week wait

I made lots of mistakes as a collector. I learned that categorizing, judging or dismissing Art based on a "category" risks overlooking genius that goes beyond any labels. Some generative art is simply brilliant. These are my 2024–2025 acquisitions and I love every single one❤️‍🔥
