PhD student Raphael Hans Lwesya’s project is called Bacteriophages in the ageing gut as targeted therapeutics. He will use models and DNA sequencing to ID viruses and bacteria in the gut that can be used in treatments of conditions linked to imbalance in the gut microbiota. #mmbdtpstudents
