Extracted filter material from HVAC filter, #3Dprinted filter housing with design to allow injection mold production and reuse. Meets #N95 specs. Great #Mayo team!

Tested Kimberly Clark sterilization Blue Wrap for filtration: 1-ply filters 88% of 0.3 micron (lower R) 2-ply filters 96% of 0.3 micron (lower L) But can’t breathe thru 2-ply. Afraid it’s not an answer to #N95 shortage.
