Went to the doctor yesterday to get some blood work. I did not have to but these Peloton workouts require me to take off my shirt as much as possible to show off these results. I little treat for my phlebotomist.

Had lunch with my friend William in town from Denver. We worked at Perspectives and Phillips while going to grad school at UIC Ready the story are endless. Love you brother!
