✅ Poster presentation on our retrospective study looking at how BCI is incorporated into decision on extended endo tx. Punch line: Clinical decisions are concordant with #BCI results, it’s a useful clinical tool in this setting 💫 📝 #sabcs #henryfordhealth Henry Ford Hematology/Oncology Fellowship

What to do when the dx looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, responds to PLEX like a duck…but then ADAMTS13 is normal? 🤔🤦🏽‍♀️🩸@AaronGoodman33 #hemetwitter #hoctrainee #MedTwitter #onctwitter

Congratulations to Seema Joshi who took home the Roger F Smith Outstanding Fellow Award. For 4 years in a row, one of our ID fellows has taken this home! It’s amazing to see them recognized on a system scale. Congratulations to both!

Bottom line from #ASCO23 for BC: can give cdk46 as second line in the lower risk patients; fixed lower dose cape as good and less toxic; adjuvant ribo shows early benefit; ofs in younger patients shows benefit; it’s time to do smaller bio marker trials like #phergain. #bcsm
